5. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Refunds for cancelled services will be provided at our discretion. No refunds will be given for services already performed.

12. Our epoxy floors come with a 5 year warranty if they receive a service by Sheba's Improvements at least once  every 2 years.
